Cut up Poems

This poem was created around the idea of regrets, and moving forward. The first line, "my blood if the greatest passage to remorse" is representing regret and because your blood will always travel with you, so will this regret. The second line is supposed to be about letting go of this regret. The part about the "behind I see" is like saying to forget the past. "Make a dagger stop up the behind I see" means that this person wants to stop looking into the past. Because a dagger is like a weapon and it's sharp, it's like saying he/she wants to cut off the past. "and my hand is the access towards this handle" means that he/she is the only person that can make this happen. He/she is the only person who can let go of this regret and remorse.

The quotes we chose were:

"The greatest is behind"

"Make thick my blood and stop up the passage to remorse"

"Is this a dagger I see, the handle towards my hand"

Photo Quote

“Come, you spirits that tend on mortal thoughts, unsex me here and fill me from crown to toe top-full of direst cruelty. Make thick my blood. Stop up the access and passage to remorse”

Tableaux

I couldn't find this photo, but we did a freeze frame of Macbeth hallucinating Banquo's ghost.
